Welcome to February's issue of The Beat. I really hope there are no glaring errors. I had a senior moment last night. I went to a lovely drum circle and then left my bag with my phone, keys and glasses behind in the Yoga studio.

Thank goodness I went with a friend or I wouldn't even have been able to drive home. Very embarrassing. Anyway, half of the newsletter was typed without my glasses.
