Welcome to the June issue of The Beat. It's all change again here at CMD HQ. A couple of you had trouble downloading the PFD version of the newsletter so from now on we'll resending it as a straightforward email.

June's Rattle Winner

Getting Out And About

We will be at the Lizian Events Well Being Show at the Lincolnshire Showground This coming weekend, 4th and 5th of June.

If you can make it we'd love to see you so pop over for a chat.

Birth Your Own Shamanic Drum

We’re currently available for small workshops in our own home in Lincolnshire. If you’d like to birth your own drum we’re happy to do a one-to-one session. Want to bring a friend or two? We can work with up to 3 people in our space.

Fancy A Free Drum? Host a party in your home and get your own drum for free. We would need a minimum of 6 people on the workshop, including the host.
